We could relax and let go completely on the day itself knowing they had every small but important detail and eventuality covered. Having a team based in Sicily with their wealth of knowledge and connections about local suppliers and cultural customs was an absolute must for us, you just can’t get or find that level of expertise or establish that relationship of trust with a venue after one or two site reccies and some googling!
